1. Introduction

Welcome to Dupla. These Player Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dupla mobile application, website, and related player services.

By signing up, signing in, creating or using a player profile, browsing tournaments, registering for a tournament, interacting with another user, following an account, responding to requests, submitting ratings, viewing or engaging with content, or using any other player feature within Dupla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Dupla.

2. Dupla’s Role

Dupla is a digital platform that helps padel players discover and participate in tournaments and follow their tournament journey through the app.

Dupla may provide features that allow players to:

· Create and manage a player profile;

· Browse available tournaments;

· Review tournament details before registering;

· Register for tournaments where eligible;

· Choose a partner or indicate that they are looking for one;

· Receive, accept, reject, or cancel partner-related requests where applicable;

· Track registration and waiting-related statuses;

· View tournament draws, fixtures, scores, standings, qualification status, and results;

· Receive in-app notifications and requests;

· Search for and follow players, organizers, and court owners;

· View public or permitted profile information;

· View tournament-related posts, media, and history;

· Submit post-tour ratings and feedback where available;

· Track level, rankings, and other performance-related updates where applicable.

Unless Dupla expressly states otherwise, Dupla is not:

· The organizer of tournaments listed in the app;

· The owner or operator of the tournament venue;

· A referee, coach, or sporting authority;

· A payment processor under the current pay-at-court model.

Player Journey Through the App

3. Signing Up, Signing In, and Account Responsibility

3.1 Creating an Account

To access Dupla’s player features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate information, which may include your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, and any other details required during onboarding or profile setup.

When you submit your sign-up information, Dupla may use it to create your account, display your profile, determine access to certain features, support tournament eligibility checks, and provide relevant notifications.

If you provide incorrect, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information, your ability to use Dupla properly may be affected, including your ability to register for tournaments, receive relevant updates, or be matched with appropriate tournament opportunities.

3.2 Signing In and Account Access

When you sign in, Dupla may allow you to access your profile, registration history, notifications, requests, and other player features connected to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your account is not used by any unauthorized person. Actions completed through your account may be treated as your actions unless there is clear evidence of unauthorized access.

If Dupla reasonably believes that an account is fake, duplicated, misleading, compromised, or being misused, Dupla may restrict access, suspend the account, request verification, or terminate the account where appropriate.

4. Completing and Managing Your Player Profile

4.1 Profile Setup

As part of onboarding, Dupla may ask you to complete your player profile and answer certain questions used to create your initial player classification and app experience.

Completing your profile allows Dupla to display your player identity within the app, support eligibility checks, personalize relevant features, and help other users identify you where profile visibility allows.

If you intentionally provide false profile details, misrepresent your level, or use profile information in a deceptive way, Dupla may adjust your classification, reject or invalidate related tournament activity, restrict features, or take account-level action.

4.2 Editing Your Profile

Where editing tools are available, you may update profile details permitted by the app. Updated information may affect how your profile appears to others and, where relevant, may affect tournament eligibility or system-generated recommendations.

You must ensure that edited information remains accurate and does not impersonate, mislead, or violate the rights of others.

4.3 Player Level, Rankings, and Platform Classification

Dupla may assign, display, recalculate, or update your player level, ranking, or other performance-related classifications based on information available to the platform and/or tournament activity recorded through Dupla.

After a player completes two tournaments through Dupla, Dupla may begin applying its points system to that player. The player’s points, level, ranking, and other performance-related classifications may be affected by criteria such as:

· Tournament results and the stage reached;

· Winning a tournament;

· Match wins and losses;

· Score margins;

· Number of matches played;

· Number of tournaments played;

· Daily participation activity and overall participation consistency over time;

· The level of the tournament participated in;

· The level gap between the player and their partner, where relevant;

Dupla may determine how these criteria are weighted, calculated, applied, or updated from time to time in accordance with the platform’s rules and the points system presented within the app.

If your level, ranking, or classification changes, this may affect:

· Your eligibility for future tournaments;

· The tournaments that appear suitable for you;

· How you are grouped or assessed by the platform where applicable;

· Notifications or app updates related to your profile progress.

5. Searching for Users, Viewing Profiles, and Following Accounts

5.1 Search and Profile Viewing

Dupla may allow you to search for player, organizer, and court-owner profiles.

When you open another user’s profile, the information you can view may depend on that account’s user type, whether you follow that account, whether a follow request has been accepted, and what information Dupla makes public by default.

Where a profile is not publicly accessible or you do not have the required connection status, Dupla may show only limited information, such as basic profile details or other information designated for limited visibility.

5.2 Following an Account

Where the feature is available, you may send a follow request to another account. The recipient may accept, reject, or leave the request pending.

If your follow request is accepted, you may gain access to additional profile details or updates that the app makes available to approved followers. If your request is rejected or remains pending, your access remains limited to the information available under that account’s current visibility settings.

You may also receive follow requests from other users and may accept or reject them where the app allows. Accepting a follow request may make more of your profile activity visible to that user, while rejecting it prevents that expanded follower access.

You must not use search, follow requests, or profile access to harass, stalk, impersonate, spam, or misuse another user’s information.

6. Browsing Tournaments and Reviewing Tournament Details

6.1 Tournament Listings

Dupla may display tournament listings that include information such as:

· Organizer name;

· Date and time;

· Court location and area;

· Entry fee;

· Prize pool details;

· Required team level;

· Age or gender eligibility requirements where applicable;

· Tournament type and format;

· Maximum number of teams;

· Registration status;

· Payment method.

When you open a tournament card or tournament page, you are responsible for reviewing the available details before starting any registration action.

6.2 Fixed Tournament Details After First Team Registration

Tournament details are created or confirmed by the organizer. After the first team registers for a tournament, the tournament details will not change, except that:

· The prize pool may increase; and

· The maximum number of participating teams may change where the app permits.

All other tournament details presented to players are intended to remain fixed after the first team registration, including date, time, venue, eligibility criteria, payment method, and other core tournament terms, unless Dupla determines that a correction is legally or operationally required.

If the prize pool increases or the maximum number of teams changes, those updates may be reflected inside the app and may affect player expectations, tournament capacity, and waiting-related registration statuses.

7. Starting a Tournament Registration

7.1 Pressing the Register Button

When you click or tap the Register button for a tournament, Dupla may assess whether you are eligible to continue based on that tournament’s stated criteria, which may include:

· Your level or the required team level;

· Your age category where applicable;

· Your gender category where applicable;

If you do not meet the applicable conditions, Dupla may prevent you from proceeding and may display a message explaining that you are not eligible or cannot continue with that registration.

If you meet the relevant conditions, Dupla may move you to the next registration step, such as choosing a partner or selecting that you are looking for one.

Starting registration does not always mean that your participation is confirmed. Participation depends on completing the required registration flow and reaching the appropriate registered status in the app.

8. Choosing Your Partner

8.1 Selecting “Choose Your Partner”

The tournament always requires a team, therefore Dupla may allow you to choose “Choose Your Partner” during registration.

When you use this option, you may search for an eligible player and select that player as your proposed partner. Once you select a partner, Dupla will send that person a partnership request related to the specific tournament.

8.2 Partner Request Outcome

Until the selected partner accepts the request, your team is not treated as complete for that tournament. Your registration may remain waiting-related, pending, or otherwise incomplete depending on the app flow and will be added to the waiting list.

If the partner accepts:

· The proposed team is formed for that tournament;

· The team may move to registered status.

If the partner rejects, or does not respond:

· The team is not formed through that request;

· Your registration does not become fully confirmed because of that pending request;

· You may need to choose another partner or use another available option inside the app.

If you cancel your own pending partner request, that request stops being valid and your registration status will be removed from the waiting list, will no longer have any registration status for that tournament, and will not be registered in the tour unless you start a new registration action again.

You may not send a partnership request to yourself.

9. Looking for a Partner

9.1 Selecting “Looking for a Partner”

If you do not already have a partner, Dupla may allow you to select “Looking for a Partner.”

By selecting this option, you indicate that you wish to participate in that tournament but do not yet have a confirmed partner. Dupla may make your status visible to other eligible players within the relevant partner-matching flow & you will be added to the waiting list.

9.2 Partner-Matching Outcome

If another eligible player sends you a partnership request, you may be able to accept or reject that request.

If you accept a request:

· A proposed team is formed for that tournament;

· Dupla may re-check tour capacity;

· If the applicable conditions are met, the team may proceed to registered status.

If you reject or ignore a request, no team is formed through that request and your registration may remain unresolved, waiting-related, or incomplete.

Dupla does not guarantee that you will find a partner or that another player will accept your request.

10. Waiting-Related Statuses and Registration Outcome

10.1 When a Waiting-Related Status May Apply

A player or team may appear in a waiting-related status where:

· The tournament is full or currently has no available team slot;

· You are waiting for a selected partner to accept your invitation;

· You selected “Looking for a Partner” and no team has yet been completed;

10.2 What May Change Your Status

Your status may update where:

· A selected partner accepts;

· You accept another player’s partner request;

· A tournament’s maximum number of teams changes and additional capacity becomes available;

· A registration slot becomes available because another registered team cancels its registration, or another relevant registration condition is resolved.

If your status changes to registered, Dupla may notify you and the tournament may appear under your registered tournaments. You will then be expected to follow the tournament details, attendance obligations, and pay-at-court arrangements.

If the required conditions are not resolved before registration closes or before the tournament begins, you may not be able to participate.

Being displayed in a waiting-related status does not guarantee participation.

11. Pay-at-Court Fees

11.1 Payment Model

Where a tournament has an entry fee, that fee is currently handled outside Dupla under a pay-at-court model, typically directly with the organizer or at the venue.

11.2 What Registration Means for Payment

If you become registered for a tournament that has an entry fee, you are expected to follow the payment instructions shown or communicated for that tournament.

If you fail to pay any fee due at the court or to the organizer, the organizer may deny your participation, subject to the tournament’s stated arrangements and applicable law.

Dupla does not currently:

· Collect entry fees from players;

· Process online tournament payments;

· Hold money on behalf of players or organizers;

· Issue refunds for payments made offline;

· Guarantee that offline cash or payment arrangements will be handled in a particular way.

Any dispute about offline fees, cash collection, non-payment, cancellations, or refunds must be handled directly between you and the organizer or relevant collection party, unless Dupla expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

12. Registered Tournaments and Pre-Tour Updates

12.1 Viewing Your Registered Tournaments

Where available, Dupla may display tournaments connected to your player account, including registered tours and other relevant statuses that require your attention.

The order, grouping, or status labels shown in the app are designed to help you understand whether an action is still needed, whether your tournament participation is complete, or whether the tournament is approaching.

12.2 Notifications and Requests

Dupla may send in-app notifications or requests related to:

· Partner invitations;

· Follow requests;

· Registration-status updates;

· Confirmation that you moved from a waiting-related status to registered status;

· Tournament draw completion;

· Upcoming match or tour reminders;

· Match results involving your group or your friends where relevant;

· Tournament cancellations where applicable;

· Winner announcements and post-tour content;

· Level or rating changes where applicable.

If you do not review your notifications or requests, you may miss actions that require your response or updates that affect your tournament experience.

13. Tournament Draw, Fixtures, and Match Visibility

Before or during the tournament, Dupla may display the draw, group structure, fixtures, team assignments, knockout pathway, and other tournament information where those features are available.

When the organizer completes the draw, relevant tournament information may become visible to registered players through the app. Once fixtures and match progress are displayed, you should review them to understand your match sequence and tournament pathway.

Dupla may notify you of certain tournament updates, but you remain responsible for reviewing the available tournament information shown in the app.

14. Participating in the Tournament

14.1 Attendance and On-Site Conduct

If you are registered for a tournament, you are expected to:

· Arrive on time;

· Review the tournament date, time, and venue;

· Follow the organizer’s legitimate operational instructions;

· Comply with venue rules;

· Treat opponents, organizers, court staff, spectators, and Dupla representatives respectfully;

· Compete in good faith.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled match, your team may lose that match by default, and the match may be recorded as a 6–0 loss. If you fail to attend or otherwise do not comply with the tournament’s reasonable operational requirements, the organizer may handle your participation according to the tournament format, venue constraints, and fair operational judgment.

14.2 Match Results Affecting Your Tournament Journey

Scores and match outcomes entered into Dupla, together with the total number of teams set by the organizer to qualify from the group stage, may determine:

· Group-stage standings;

· Whether you qualify for the knockout stage;

· Whether your team is eliminated;

· Your next opponent where applicable;

· The final winners and runners-up;

· Your player history and tournament record.

Where applicable, such results may also influence your level, ranking, or other performance-related app classifications.

15. Scores, Corrections, Qualification, and Elimination

15.1 Recorded Results

Tournament scores and results may be entered by the organizer and displayed through Dupla.

If a result is entered, it may immediately affect displayed standings, qualification status, bracket progression, player notifications, and post-tour history.

15.2 Corrections

Scores or results may be corrected where the organizer identifies an input error or where Dupla reasonably determines that correction is needed to preserve accuracy or integrity.

If a correction is made, related standings, qualification outcomes, knockout progression, notifications, or displayed tournament records may also change.

16. Post-Tournament Experience

16.1 Tour Completion and Results

After a tournament ends, Dupla may make available:

· Final results;

· Winner and runner-up information;

· Tournament history in player profiles;

· Notifications confirming qualification, elimination, or final tour status where applicable;

· Tournament-related media or posts;

· Level, ranking, or rating updates where applicable.

16.2 Rating Your Experience

Dupla may ask you to rate your last tournament experience when you next open the app or through another post-tour flow.

Where available, the rating may cover categories selected by Dupla, such as:

· Organizer experience;

· Balls;

· Court;

· Other event-quality indicators selected by the platform.

If you submit a rating or feedback, Dupla may use it to monitor platform quality, improve the tournament experience, and support future organizer-quality assessment. Ratings and feedback must be honest and must not be abusive, misleading, retaliatory, or defamatory.

16.3 Interacting With Post-Tour Content

Where Dupla allows you to view, react to, or otherwise engage with tournament posts or media, your interaction must remain respectful and lawful. Any abusive or inappropriate use of such features may be moderated or restricted.

17. Player Conduct Across the App

You must not:

· Create false, duplicate, or misleading accounts;

· Impersonate another person;

· Misrepresent your player details, age, gender, level, or eligibility;

· Abuse registration, partner-matching, follow-request, or notification-related features;

· Manipulate registrations, results, ratings, rankings, or app classifications;

· Harass, threaten, insult, stalk, or discriminate against other users;

· Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or inappropriate content;

· Interfere with Dupla’s systems, security, or app functionality;

· Use Dupla for fraudulent, unlawful, or bad-faith conduct.

Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, Dupla may:

· Issue a warning;

· Remove or restrict content;

· Limit certain app features;

· Restrict registration for tournaments;

· Restrict visibility or interaction features;

· Suspend your account temporarily;

· Terminate your account permanently;

· Take any other reasonable step necessary to protect users, organizers, or platform integrity.

18. Content, Photos, Videos, and Community Activity

Where Dupla allows you to upload, share, comment on, react to, or otherwise interact with content, you remain responsible for your activity.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

· You have the right to share it;

· It does not violate another person’s rights;

· It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate;

· Any permissions required from people appearing in content have been obtained where applicable.

Dupla may host, display, format, and make submitted content available within the platform and related service communications in accordance with applicable law and its policies.

Inappropriate content may be removed, and repeated or serious content violations may lead to feature restrictions, account suspension, or termination.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

Dupla may collect and process personal data needed to operate the player journey, including account creation, profile management, registration, partner flows, follow requests, notifications, tournament participation, rankings, ratings, moderation, security, and service improvement.

The collection and use of personal data are governed by Dupla’s Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

20. Platform Changes and Availability

Dupla may add, change, suspend, or remove features from time to time, including registration flows, profile fields, tournament tools, partner features, ranking displays, follow functionality, notifications, content features, and any other aspect of the app.

Dupla does not guarantee that the app will always be available without interruption or technical error.

21. Third-Party Organizers, Venues, and Offline Matters

Tournaments listed on Dupla may be operated by independent organizers and hosted at third-party venues.

Dupla is not responsible for:

· Venue conditions;

· Organizer decisions made outside the app;

· Cash collection and offline fee handling;

· Personal injury, property loss, or damage at the venue, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

· Offline disputes between players, organizers, or venues.

22. Suspension and Termination

Dupla may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account where it reasonably believes that you:

· Breached these Terms;

· Misused app features;

· Provided false or misleading information;

· Acted in a way that harms tournament fairness, user safety, or platform integrity;

· Created legal, operational, or reputational risk for Dupla or its users.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Dupla is provided in its current condition, and availability may vary. Dupla does not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully functional.

Dupla does not guarantee:

· That every tournament will proceed exactly as displayed;

· That every player will find a partner;

· That every registration attempt will result in participation;

· That every organizer or venue will perform without issue;

· That the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dupla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

· Use of or inability to use the app;

· Tournament cancellations or operational issues;

· Offline payment disputes;

· Venue or organizer conduct;

· Player no-shows or late arrivals;

· Reliance on tournament information provided through the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

25. Amendments

Dupla may update these Player Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published in the app, on Dupla’s website, or through another appropriate communication channel.

Your continued use of Dupla after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.

26. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Dupla shall be handled before the competent Egyptian courts, unless a different lawful dispute-resolution process is agreed in writing.

Organizer Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Organizer Terms & Conditions govern the use of Dupla by any person, team, or entity that creates, publishes, manages, or operates tournaments through the Dupla platform.

By signing up as an organizer, creating or managing an organizer profile, publishing a tournament, monitoring registrations, editing permitted tournament settings, preparing draws, managing fixtures, starting matches, recording scores, correcting results, posting media, reviewing feedback, reporting misconduct, or using any other organizer feature within Dupla, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use organizer functionality on Dupla.

2. Dupla’s Role

Dupla provides digital tools that help organizers create and manage the tournament journey through the app.

Dupla may provide features that allow organizers to:

· Create and manage organizer profiles;

· Create and publish tournament listings;

· Define tournament details and eligibility requirements;

· Receive and monitor player registrations;

· View teams in registered, pending, or waiting-related statuses;

· Adjust permitted tournament fields where the app allows;

· Set up tournament draws and operational parameters;

· Start and manage tournament stages;

· Enter, correct, and confirm scores where permitted;

· Post winner and runner-up media or other tournament content;

· Review ratings and feedback from players where such information is made available;

· Report serious player misconduct through the designated Dupla channels.

Unless Dupla expressly states otherwise, Dupla is not:

· The organizer of third-party tournaments;

· The owner or operator of courts or venues;

· A payment processor under the current pay-at-court model;

· A party to private arrangements between organizers, venues, and players.

Organizer Journey Through the App

3. Organizer Sign-Up, Sign-In, and Profile Setup

3.1 Creating an Organizer Account

To access organizer features, you may be required to create an organizer account and provide accurate information, such as:

· Organizer or tour name;

· Contact details;

· Email address;

· Mobile number;

· Logo or profile image;

· Any other information reasonably required by Dupla.

When you submit this information, Dupla may create your organizer account and use the provided details to display your organizer profile, support player trust, and enable access to organizer functionality.

If your organizer information is incomplete, outdated, false, or misleading, Dupla may limit or delay access to organizer features, request corrections or verification, or take further account-level action where appropriate.

3.2 Signing In and Account Responsibility

When you sign in, Dupla may allow you to access your organizer profile, tournament-creation tools, active and past tournaments, registration information, notifications, and other organizer features.

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and ensuring that only authorized persons use it. Actions completed through your organizer account may be treated as actions taken by you or your organizing team.

If Dupla reasonably believes that an organizer profile is fake, misleading, duplicated, compromised, or being misused, it may restrict, suspend, or terminate the organizer account.

3.3 Editing the Organizer Profile

Where profile-editing tools are available, you may update permitted organizer details such as logo, bio, contact information, or other profile fields made editable by Dupla.

Updated information may affect how players identify and evaluate your organizer account. You must ensure that all edited information remains accurate and does not mislead users or infringe third-party rights.

4. Creating a Tournament

4.1 Your Authority to Organize

By creating a tournament through Dupla, you confirm that:

· You have the practical ability and authority to organize that tournament;

· You have arranged, or will arrange, the required court or venue availability directly with the venue owner or operator;

· You are responsible for the accuracy of the tournament information you publish;

· You will manage the tournament in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Entering Tournament Details

When creating a tournament, you must provide clear and accurate information, which may include:

- Court or venue location and area;
- Tournament date and start time;
- Required team level;
- Tournament type and format;
- Age or gender eligibility where applicable;
- Entry fee, if any;
- Payment method;
- Prize details, if any;
- Maximum number of participating teams;
- Any other tournament settings required by the app.

Once you publish the tournament, it may become visible to players and may begin receiving registrations. Players may rely on the information you provide when deciding whether to register.

If you publish false, misleading, incomplete, or deceptive tournament information, Dupla may edit, unpublish, or remove the listing and may restrict your organizer account.

After entering the prize details, the organizer acknowledges that Dupla may initially display only 70% of the entered prize amount to players until the tournament reaches full registered capacity.

5. What May and May Not Change After Registration Begins

After the first team registers for a tournament, the core tournament details must remain unchanged. The only tournament elements that may change after first team registration are:

· The prize pool, which may increase; and

· The maximum number of participating teams, which may change where the app permits.

All other core tournament details are intended to remain fixed after first team registration, including:

· Date and time;

· Venue and area;

· Required team level;

· Age or gender criteria where applicable;

· Tournament type and format;

· Entry fee;

· Payment method;

· Other tournament conditions shown to players before registration.

If you enter a prize pool, Dupla may initially display the prize pool to players as 70% of the amount entered. Once the number of registered teams reaches full capacity and equals the maximum number of teams set for the tournament, Dupla may then display the full prize pool amount to players.

If you increase the prize pool, players may see a higher prize value reflected in the app, subject to the same display logic described above.

If you change the maximum number of teams, this may affect tournament capacity and may cause teams in a waiting-related status to become registered where applicable.

You must not attempt to use edits, workarounds, or off-platform messages to materially alter fixed tournament terms after first team registration in a way that disadvantages players or contradicts the app listing.

6. Pay-at-Court Tournament Fees

6.1 Payment Model

Where your tournament includes an entry fee, the fee is currently collected outside Dupla under a pay-at-court model, typically directly by you, the venue, or another party identified by you. Under this model, player entry fees are collected by the organizer or the collection party identified by the organizer, and Dupla does not collect player entry fees through the app.

To publish a tournament and make it visible to players on Dupla, the organizer must first pay any applicable Dupla app fees. A tournament may remain unpublished, hidden from players, or unavailable for registration until the required Dupla app fees are successfully paid.

Dupla app fees are separate from player entry fees and are payable by the organizer for using Dupla’s tournament publishing and management features under the pay-at-court model.

If the organizer cancels a tournament after paying any applicable Dupla app fees, the amount paid by the organizer may be returned to the organizer’s Dupla wallet, excluding any payment gateway fees, transaction fees, bank charges, or other third-party processing fees that were deducted or incurred in connection with the payment.

Dupla may withhold or deduct such non-refundable third-party fees before crediting the remaining amount to the organizer’s wallet. The refunded wallet balance may be used in accordance with Dupla’s applicable wallet rules and platform policies.

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

· Stating the entry fee clearly and accurately before registration begins;

· Handling player payment collection at or around the event as applicable;

· Handling cancellations, no-shows, discounts, waived fees, or offline refunds where applicable;

· Managing your own settlements with venues, assistants, referees, prize contributors, or any other party;

· Ensuring your fee collection practices comply with applicable law.

Dupla does not guarantee that players will pay offline fees at the court, and Dupla does not collect or hold tournament funds on your behalf.

Any dispute over offline fees, refunds, non-payment, or cash handling is your responsibility to manage directly with the relevant player or party, unless Dupla expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Misrepresenting fees or using misleading payment practices may lead to listing removal, player complaints, negative ratings, and organizer-account restrictions.

7. Receiving Registrations and Understanding Registration Statuses

7.1 Automated Registration Flow

Dupla may process player registration activity based on tournament settings, player eligibility, team status, available capacity, and other configured rules.

When a player clicks Register, Dupla may determine whether the player can proceed, whether they must choose a partner, whether they can indicate that they are looking for a partner, or whether they cannot continue due to eligibility or capacity limitations.

7.2 Registration Statuses You May See

Depending on the tournament setup and player actions, a player or team may appear as:

· Registered;

· Waiting for a selected partner to accept;

· Looking for a partner;

· In a waiting-related capacity status;

You are expected to monitor your tournament’s registration progress and understand that pending, incomplete, or waiting-related registrations are not the same as fully registered teams.

If you plan your tournament as though incomplete teams are confirmed, you bear the operational risk of that assumption.

You may not manipulate, bypass, or override Dupla’s registration rules unfairly or selectively in a way that harms player trust or tournament fairness.

8. Adjusting Maximum Team Count and Prize Pool

Where the app allows, you may increase or otherwise adjust the maximum number of teams and may increase the prize pool after registration has started, provided that such changes remain consistent with the app’s permitted flow.

If you increase the maximum number of teams, players or teams in waiting-related statuses may become eligible to move into registered status depending on the system logic and available conditions.

If you increase the prize pool, Dupla may display the updated prize information to players.

You should ensure that any such adjustment is intentional and operationally supportable, as it may affect player expectations, participation volume, draw setup, match scheduling, and tournament duration.

9. Pre-Tournament Management and Draw Setup

9.1 Accessing Tournament Management

Two hours before the tournament start time, Dupla may unlock management features that allow you to prepare the tournament structure.

Where Dupla sets a time-based unlock, the Manage action may become available only within the timeframe specified by the app.

9.2 Entering Tournament Structure Inputs

Depending on the features available in Dupla, you may be required to enter operational tournament information, such as:

· Number of teams per group;

· Total number of teams that will qualify from the group stage;

· Other setup values required to create the draw and progression structure.

When you confirm these inputs, Dupla may generate the group draw and the applicable tournament structure based on the app logic.

If you enter incorrect values, the group distribution, qualification flow, and tournament operations may be affected. You are responsible for reviewing the generated setup before match play begins.

9.3 Setting Group Start Times

Where the app allows, you may be required to enter start times for each group after the draw is generated.

If you set group start times, those times may be shown to players and may be used in reminders or tournament communications.

If you do not enter required group start times within the period specified by the app, Dupla may apply a default behavior where available or continue to show the tournament based on the system’s configured rules.

10. Managing Fixtures and Starting Matches

10.1 Viewing Fixtures

Once the tournament structure is created, Dupla may display fixtures for group-stage and knockout-stage matches according to the applicable tournament flow.

You are responsible for reviewing the fixture list and managing the live tournament in line with the structure displayed in the app.

10.2 Starting a Match

Where the feature exists, you may be required to mark a match as started through the organizer tools when the match begins in real life.

Starting a match in the app may:

· Trigger a visible running timer;

· Change the match status for players;

· Support the organizer’s live tournament control;

· Affect when score-entry actions become available.

10.3 Avoiding Match Conflicts

You must not start or manage matches in a way that causes the same team to be actively playing two matches at the same time where the app is designed to prevent such a conflict.

If you attempt to manage the tournament inconsistently or create unreasonable conflicts, Dupla may block certain actions, the app may reject the attempted operation, or the resulting tournament flow may become inaccurate until corrected.

11. Entering Scores, Correcting Scores, and Completing Stages

11.1 Score Entry

You are responsible for entering match scores accurately and promptly once a match is completed.

When a score is entered and confirmed, Dupla may:

· Update group standings;

· Update points or score-difference calculations used within the tournament flow;

· Determine qualification status where applicable;

· Progress the relevant knockout bracket;

· Trigger player-facing updates or notifications.

11.2 Score Corrections

If you make a genuine score-entry error, you may correct the score where the platform permits. Corrections must be made honestly and only to reflect the actual result.

When a score is corrected, Dupla may recalculate standings, qualification status, bracket progression, and any affected displayed results.

11.3 Stage Locking and Integrity

Where the app applies stage locks, earlier-stage edits may become restricted after a later stage starts or after a stage has been completed. This is intended to protect tournament integrity and avoid conflicting outcomes.

If you knowingly enter false scores, manipulate outcomes, coordinate unfair results, or misuse score-correction features, Dupla may intervene in tournament data, restrict organizer features, suspend your account, or permanently remove organizer privileges.

12. Qualification, Elimination, and Knockout Progression

Dupla may determine and display qualification status, eliminations, knockout seeding, next opponents, and tournament progression based on:

· The tournament structure configured during setup;

· The match scores entered by you;

· The progression logic applied by the app.

Your entries may determine which teams qualify, which teams are eliminated, and which teams face each other next.

If you record or confirm results incorrectly, the wrong teams may appear to qualify, be eliminated, or advance until the issue is corrected where correction remains available.

You are responsible for reviewing progression carefully before continuing to later tournament stages where the app allows or requires further organizer action.

13. Reporting Player Misconduct and Disqualification Matters

13.1 Serious Misconduct

Where justified, you may report serious player misconduct to Dupla. This may include:

· Violence or threats;

· Harassment or intimidation;

· Serious verbal abuse;

· Cheating or match manipulation;

· Repeated disruption of tournament operations;

· Conduct that creates safety concerns for players, organizers, or the venue.

13.2 Reporting Responsibly

Any report must be made honestly and should include sufficient supporting detail where requested.

If a report is substantiated, Dupla may take action against the relevant player, including account measures or future participation restrictions where appropriate.

If you misuse reporting tools, submit false claims, exaggerate facts in bad faith, or retaliate against players through improper reports, Dupla may investigate and may restrict your organizer account.

14. Post-Tournament Media and Content

14.1 Posting Winner and Runner-Up Media

After the tournament, Dupla may allow you to post tournament-related content, including winner and runner-up photos, videos, announcements, or other media.

When you publish such content, it may appear in the app’s feed or other content areas and may trigger player-facing notifications where that functionality exists.

14.2 Permissions and Content Standards

By posting content, you confirm that:

· You have the right to upload and publish it;

· The content does not infringe third-party rights;

· Any required permission from identifiable persons has been obtained where applicable;

· The content is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Inappropriate or unauthorized content may be removed. Repeated or serious content violations may lead to content restrictions or organizer-account suspension.

15. Ratings and Feedback After the Tournament

Players may be asked to rate their tournament experience after participating in your event. Ratings may cover areas selected by Dupla, such as:

· Organizer experience;

· Balls;

· Court;

· Other relevant quality indicators determined by the platform.

The quality of your tournament setup, communication, on-site organization, score management, and overall player experience may influence the ratings and feedback you receive.

Dupla may use ratings and feedback to monitor platform quality, support future organizer assessment, and improve the service.

You must not pressure players to provide misleading ratings, retaliate against honest feedback, or attempt to manipulate reviews. Misuse of ratings or review-related conduct may result in account review or restrictions.

16. Organizer Conduct Across the App

You must not:

· Create fake, misleading, or deceptive organizer profiles;

· Publish tournaments you do not reasonably intend or have the ability to operate;

· Misrepresent venue, timing, prize details, capacity, fees, payment method, or eligibility criteria;

· Alter fixed tournament details after first team registration outside the limited changes permitted by Dupla;

· Manipulate registrations or participant status unfairly;

· Enter false match scores or alter results dishonestly;

· Misuse score-correction tools;

· Misuse player personal information;

· Harass, threaten, or discriminate against players;

· Upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content;

· Use Dupla in a way that damages platform trust, safety, or fairness.

Depending on severity, Dupla may:

· Issue a warning;

· Remove or restrict tournament listings;

· Remove content;

· Limit organizer features;

· Suspend or terminate organizer account access;

· Restrict future tournament publishing;

· Take other reasonable measures to protect users and platform integrity.

17. Privacy and Use of Player Information

You may receive limited player information through Dupla to the extent necessary to manage your tournaments.

You must:

· Use player information only for legitimate tournament-related purposes;

· Avoid copying, selling, publishing, or misusing player information;

· Keep information confidential where appropriate;

· Comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Dupla’s own collection and processing of personal data are governed by its Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for how you use any player information made available to you through organizer functionality.

18. Platform Changes and Availability

Dupla may change, enhance, suspend, or remove organizer features from time to time, including tournament-creation flows, editing rules, draw tools, registration controls, score-entry tools, media features, notification functionality, and any other organizer tools.

Dupla does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to organizer tools at all times.

19. Independent Organizer Status

You act independently when organizing tournaments through Dupla.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

· Employment;

· Agency;

· Partnership;

· Joint venture;

· Franchise;

· Or any similar legal relationship between Dupla and you.

You remain solely responsible for your tournament operations, venue coordination, offline fee arrangements, and compliance obligations.

20. Suspension and Termination

Dupla may restrict, suspend, or terminate organizer access where it reasonably believes that you:

· Breached these Terms;

· Published misleading or fraudulent tournaments;

· Repeatedly mishandled organizer responsibilities;

· Misused player data;

· Manipulated results, ratings, registrations, or tournament details;

· Created safety, legal, operational, or reputational risk for Dupla or its users.

Dupla may also remove or unpublish specific tournament listings where reasonably necessary.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Dupla organizer tools are provided in their current condition, and availability may vary. Dupla does not guarantee that organizer tools will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully functional.

Dupla does not guarantee:

· A minimum number of player registrations;

· Tournament profitability;

· Player attendance;

· Offline payment collection;

· Venue performance;

· That all disputes will be resolved in the organizer’s favor;

· Uninterrupted or error-free app availability.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dupla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

· Tournament cancellations or under-attendance;

· Player no-shows;

· Offline payment or refund disputes;

· Organizer-venue arrangements;

· Technical interruptions;

· Reliance on player-provided information;

· Reliance on organizer-entered tournament data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
